She has been practicing law since 1994. She became Advocate-on-Record in the Supreme Court of India in the year 2002 and the same year she founded the Basilica Law Firm LLP at Delhi and started independent practice. She has worked extensively in the Supreme Court of India and other courts, including Rajasthan High Court (both Principal Seat at Jodhpur and at Jaipur Bench), Delhi High Court, Patiala House Courts, Saket Court, Rohini Court, Tis Hazari, National and State Commission for Consumer Disputes, BIFR, AAIFR, Company Law Board, DRAT, DRTs, Central Administrative Tribunal, Arbitration Tribunals, Central Empowered Committee (constituted by Supreme Court for environment matters), NCLT, NCLAT, NGT, Juvenile Boards, etc.

She has done M.Sc. (Physics) and thereafter LL.B, earlier associated with Assistant Solicitor General in Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench, and thereafter she was appointed as standing counsel for Govt. of India in 2007 by Ministry of Law and Justice. Since 2018, she is deputed as Senior Standing Counsel. She has been defending corporate litigation; constitutional matters; service matters; civil matters; litigation related to the power sector. She has great skill of argument and by way of in-depth understanding of critical aspects she brings organic growth both internally and externally. Currently she is empanelled with various corporate and state government departments.
